Returns and Refund Policy
At Azufun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We are a team of parents, and we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, so you can shop with confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to complete your return.
Please note that for sanitary reasons, certain items (such as opened nursing products or teether toys that have been used) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at Support@Azufun.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours (business days) and provide you with the Return Authorization and the correct Return Address.
- Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the office address without prior confirmation.
- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Wrong Items (Our Fault):
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, Azufun will cover the return shipping costs. We may provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping receipt depending on the carrier. -
Change of Mind (Customer's Choice):
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don't like it), you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) within 5 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund officially.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Restocking Fees
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns processed within the policy window.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change.
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped (or entered production for personalized custom items). Please contact us immediately at Support@Azufun.com.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then proceed with the standard Return Process mentioned above.
- Customized/Personalized Items: For items that are made-to-order or personalized with a name, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production begins, and we cannot cancel the order.
