Track Order
1. Where do I find my Tracking Number?
Once your order has shipped (usually within 3-7 business days), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. Your tracking number is inside that email.
- Note: If you can't find the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. Tracking says "Not Found" or "Pending"?
Don't worry, this is normal.
- Tracking numbers are generated as soon as we pack your label, but it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) to scan the package and update their system.
- If it has been more than 3 business days and there is still no update, please contact us.
3. International Shipping Updates
If your package is coming from our international warehouse, the tracking status might freeze for a few days while the package is in transit between countries or clearing Customs. This does not mean your package is lost; it simply means it is on a flight or boat to your country. Once it lands in the US/UK/Europe, the local carrier will update the delivery date.
